Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at suniedazed@gmail.com to initiate the process and receive return instructions including the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at suniedazed@gmail.com within 30 days with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Check our sizing charts in each product description before ordering.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at suniedazed@gmail.com for instructions and the return address. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at suniedazed@gmail.com.
Delivery Orders are fulfilled within 3–7 days, then shipped. Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- European Union: 7–21 business days
- Other international: 10–30 business days
